DevWise LTD grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use VitGuru on your iOS devices in accordance with these terms.
3. User Accounts
VitGuru currently operates without requiring user accounts for basic functionality. Premium features may require Apple ID authentication for subscription management.
4. Privacy & Data

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscription:
- Price: £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year
- Payment charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
- Manage or cancel subscription in Apple ID settings
- No refunds for unused portions of subscription
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the App
- Share premium features with non-subscribers
- Use automated systems to access the App
7. Medical Disclaimer
Important: VitGuru is not a medical app and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The App provides vitamin tracking tools, not medical recommendations
- Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions
- Do not use the App to diagnose or treat medical conditions
- RDA values are for general guidance only
8. Intellectual Property
- VitGuru, its logo, and all content are property of DevWise LTD
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
- User-generated content remains your property
- You grant us license to use feedback for improvement
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to subscription fees paid
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevWise LTD from any claims arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
